PROJECT HIGHLIGHTS
SOHKRET ALLAL
_____
• Experienced management team – Extensive experience operating in Morocco and sub-Saharan Africa in Resource development, mine and process design and project development and commissioning.
• Outstanding access - Located within 2.5 to 3 hours drive from Casablanca or Rabat with year-round access via sealed and unsealed roads.
• Mining Permits in place - 16km2 Exploitation License granted 09/12/2022 for 10 years
• Fast track to production - Historical mine workings with a 3m x 2m shaft to 80m with development on three levels allows for an immediate re-start of production
• Robust mine life potential - Exploration Target of 200,000 to 300,000t at 0.5 -1.0% WO3 developed on just one of six mapped mineralised structures (Vein 1) supports a minimum 5-year mine life
• Plenty of exploration upside - Mapping and rock chip sampling (449 samples) has defined a NW-SE trending 1-to 3-kilometre-wide corridor of approximately E-W striking quartz veins (Vein structures 1 to 6) and micro veins that are frequently mineralised with W-Sn occurring as wolframite and cassiterite.
• Excellent metallurgical character - Simple process flowsheet to produce 22t/month (one container) of +50% WO3 concentrate from coarse grained wolframite
• Clear Investment and Development Plan - Estimated initial investment of circa $2.7M required for 1) acquisition of the project 2) purchase of processing plant and associated infrastructure 3) purchase of mining equipment and initial UG development.
• Currently assessing initial Pilot Mining Phase to establish early cash flow and derisk project. Potential to
produce $1.4M total revenue over six months by processing existing dump and semi-mechanized UG
production from existing development

GEOLOGY
SOHKRET ALLAL
_____
The Sohkret Allal W-Sn deposit is located in the southern part of the Hercynian granitic Zaer intrusive complex within LE353269.

_____
MINERALISATION
Mineralisation (wolframite and cassiterite) is associated with a coarse-grained two-mica granite phase.
The wolframite occurs in E-W striking north dipping veins of massive white quartz that can reach a thickness of 1.5 meters but are generally 0.5m to 0.8m thick.

PROJECT DEVELOPMENT
SOHKRET ALLAL
_____
1) Based on the current shaft configuration:
• Hoisting 200 tpd for a 10-hour effective shift.
• Average of 10 tph utilising 2-tonne side tipping cars
2) Mining conducted from all three levels
• Two stope blasts every shift (67% strike rate)
• 40 m of face to be blasted daily to achieve 100 tpd production target
3) Stope Design
• 1m stope width, 1m advance, density 2.5t/m3
4) On-ore development (strike drives, raises)
• Provides 15 tpd ore in addition to stoping production
