Mr. Jeffrey Lindhorst

– Director of Mining & Exploration 

Mr. Lindhorst is an Australian geologist with more than 30 years of experience building and leading teams in delivering projects in diverse remote environments from grassroots exploration to feasibility studies across a range of commodities including copper, gold, tin, coltan and potash. From 2008 to 2014 he was Exploration Manager for Kasbah Resources, based in Morocco, responsible for the exploration program at the Achmmach Tin Project. He has worked extensively in the Philippines, Thailand, Lao DPR, Morocco, Rwanda, Uganda and DRC. Early in his career he worked in Australia, Peru, Chile, and PNG. Jeffrey is a member of the Australian Institute of Geosciences,

Geological Society of London and the Association of Applied Geochemists.

Mr. Mike Kitney

– Chief Operating Officer

Mr. Kitney is an internationally experienced extractive metallurgist and mineral economist with over 40 years of international experience in mine operations, project and feasibility management. He is presently Non-Executive Chairman of Scorpion Minerals Ltd (ASX:SCN). Recently he was Executive Director providing technical direction to Mn Energy Limited in Perth, Western Australia and Chief Metallurgist for lithium developer Prospect Resources Limited (ASX:PSC). During 2011 until 2016 he was Chief Operating Officer for Kasbah Resources Limited (formerly ASX:KAS) responsible for Resource Development at the Achmmach tin deposit in Morocco. He was previously a Non-Executive Director of Western Australian gold explorer Breaker Resources NL from 2010 until its ~A$130M takeover by Ramelius Resources Ltd in 2023. Mr Kitney holds a Master of Science degree from WA School of Mines (Mineral Economics) and is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy.

Professor Steven Rupprecht 
– Mine Manager and Strategic Adv

Prof Rupprecht is an internationally recognized corporate consultant with over 35 years’ experience working with major mining companies and world-renowned consulting firms. He was Group Mining Engineer for GoldFields, covering over 13 South African gold mines. After a period as Principal Mining Engineer with consulting firm, RSG Global, he took up executive positions in various mining firms including Board Technical Director of a listed coal company. Rupprecht has also spent a period as the Chairperson for the regulatory organization, SAMCODES, (equivalent to JORC). He has acted as a competent person for large-scale mines and has provided investment advice which has been pivotal in investment decisions.

Dr. Jayson Meyers
– Director of Mining & Exploration 

Dr. Meyers founded Resource Potentials in 2001 and is a Principal Geophysicist and Director of the company. He has a BSc in geology from California State University (1987), MSc in geochemistry (University of Miami, 1989) and PhD in geophysics (University of Miami, 1995). His broad, global understanding of geology and exploration has contributed towards new discoveries, especially in the search for gold, manganese, iron, base metals,

industrial metals, coal, diamonds and hydrocarbons. Jayson was awarded (joint) the Laric Hawkins Award in 2000 for the Most Innovative Use of a Geophysical Technique presented by the Australian Society of Exploration Geophysicists. Jayson is a member of AIG (fellow), ASEG, AGU, Soc Econ Geol.
